Sewing Camps
Thimble Fingers Sewing Studio Is Open for Holiday Sewing Camps!
Kids and Adult classes are now open on their original scheduling, but we've made some adjustments in schedules and class sizes. To protect the health of our customers, students and staff, we continue to follow and enforce the CDC guidelines for social distancing, sanitizing, wearing masks and limited occupancy.
- Kids' Summer Sewing Camps are scheduled to begin June 1 open for enrollment and are now open for online registration.
- Please be aware that in these coming weeks, we may need to make changes to the schedules or the class sizes to stay compliant with any changes to the CDC guidelines as they adjust for public health needs.
- Parents, you are invited to pick up your child's sewing kit, if it's stored at the studio, so they can sew at home.
Please Note: Kits belonging to students who have not attended a class since last summer are subject to being recycled or discarded.

Saturday Sewing Camps
1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Most Saturdays During the School Year
Saturday Sewing Camps are structured and priced the same as the Summer Camps. These 3-hour camps allow new students or previous summer camp students to continue the momentum they gained over the summer. After-school students can attend them for extra focus on a special sewing project. And they are great for new students to try, even if their weekday schedule is already full.
These camps are open enrollment, with students free to attend any combination of dates. Saturday camps are perfect for coming just enough days to work on a favorite project, or for a weekly sewing fix.
Be sure to sign up early in the week! Empty classes are subject to cancellation or assignment to other groups.
moreHoliday / Spring Sewing Camps
These camps occur during Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays, Spring Break and other times during school breaks. These camps are structured and priced the same as the Summer Camps. Students can take advantage of school breaks to get in extra sewing beyond the summer camp classes. After-school students are also free to attend them for extra focus on a special sewing project. And they are great for new students to try out sewing classes if their weekday schedule is too busy or after-school hours.
These camps are open enrollment, with students free to attend any combination of dates and times. They are perfect for coming just enough days to work on a favorite project, or for a brief, fun sewing fix.

5-Day Design Camps for Creative Fashion Lovers
Fashion Design Camps teach students to think and work like designers. The Summer Fashion Design Camps are 5 days of 3-hour sessions with plenty of time to practice sketching, draping, and sewing and then recording their creative journey in a design journal. The perfect week for fashionistas age 11 and older!
Fashion Design Summer Camp schedules are June 15 - 19, 2020 and July 13-17, 2020 with a choice of morning (9:30am-12:30pm) or afternoon (1:30-4:30pm ) sessions.
